CAP – Christians Against Poverty


Whether it’s money worries keeping you up at night or you just can’t seem to shake that bad habit – CAP has a service that can help you.

Dacorum FoodBank

Run in partnership with The Trussell Trust and Dacorum Foodbank, Liberty Tea Rooms & Community Hub are a Distribution point for emergency food supplies.

If you have a red voucher you can collect your food parcel from us Tuesday to Saturday 10am-2pm
Vouchers can be accessed through a variety of supporting agencies locally.

Dacorum Street Pastors

FAITH IN ACTION IN THE COMMUNITY

Liberty Tea Rooms & Community hub has been the base of Dacorum Street Pastors since 2017

Street Pastors are a collective of active Christian volunteers, rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in practically responding to the needs of our community”

You may see Street Pastors on patrol on Friday and Saturday evenings in Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted

Do give them a warm greeting on a cold night!

Churches Together – Hemel Hempstead

Liberty Tea Rooms & Community Hub are actively involved with the ‘Churches Together’ incentive in Hemel Hempstead. 

We value relationships and working together in partnership to see community flourish.
